HI-LITE DIGITAL PTE. LTD. ("HI-LITE", "we") respects your personal data and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This page explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect
What you send us: your name, phone number, company, the service you're interested in and your request — through our forms or WhatsApp.
Site usage data: basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, through cookies and similar technologies, used for advertising measurement as described below.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and scope your build. To deliver and support the services you engage us for. To measure and improve our advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions go to our enquiry inbox, run on Google Forms, where our team picks them up. This website does not run its own database. If you chat with us on WhatsApp, that conversation lives in WhatsApp.
Advertising (Meta and Google)
When we run ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google may set cookies or use tags on this site — such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking — to measure whether our ads work and to show relevant ads. You can limit ad personalisation in your Meta and Google account settings and block cookies in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with the platforms above and the providers that run our messaging, such as WhatsApp.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for your enquiry or our engagement, or as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask for access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time.
